The Saraswathi Institute of Medical Sciences (SIMS), a prominent and acclaimed institution in the field of medical education and research, is associated with Chaudhary Charan Singh (CCS) University in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. The Medical Council of India and the Government of India granted SIMS, which was founded in 2008, permission to start an MBBS programme with 100 students. 2013 saw the recognition of our 100 seats. For the academic year 2016–17, SIMS was granted permission to add 50 more M.B.B.S. seats. SIMS Hapur placements are offered to 120 interns working on campus, SIMS Hapur courses include M.B.B.S., M.D. and M.S. programmes. There are 21 departments at SIMS where medical education is provided. These departments include Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Pathology, Microbiology, Forensic Medicine and other departments.

We also have a PCR Laboratory, a Central Research Laboratory with state-of-the-art capabilities, a Medical Education Unit, and Central and Departmental Libraries with the most recent issues of both national and international journals in addition to the newest books are some of the SIMS Hapur facilities. The college uses the most recent teaching techniques and has audio-visual teaching aids (OLPA, LCD, etc.) available in all of its departments, lecture halls, and teaching locations. SIMS boasts a distinguished and committed faculty across multiple departments. In addition to teaching, the faculty members are actively engaged in research and have given research presentations at numerous national and international conferences in their fields of expertise. They have several articles in both domestic and foreign periodicals to their name. Many of them have even written books about the topics they cover.
