Quantum University is located in Roorkee, Uttarakhand which is a serene and scenic town located along the Ganga canal. It has also collaborated with Quick Heal Technologies which is providing various courses in Cyber Security to the students of Quantum.

Undergraduate Courses

Quantum University offers BA, B.Sc., B.Com, BBA, BCA, BHM and BBA + MBA (integrated) courses at UG level.

Eligibility:

• For B.Tech candidate must pass in 12th with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with at least 50% marks in the above subjects.
• For B.Tech + MBA admission, the candidate should pass 12th with minimum 50% marks in PCM subjects.
• Candidate applying for B.Tech/B.Tech (Hons)/ B.Tech + MBA degree should qualify University Entrance Exam or JEE (Main).
• For BCA, candidate must pass in 12th with minimum 45% and in any stream with Mathematics/ Computer Application as one of the subjects.
• For BBA, B.Com., BHM, candidate must pass in 12th with minimum 45% marks in any stream.
• For B.Sc. (Hons), B.Sc., B.Com (Hons) and BA (Hons), candidate should pass 12th with minimum 50% marks in any stream.
• Candidate seeking admission for BA (Hons) in English and JEP should have completed 10+2 with English as a subject and with minimum 50% marks.
• The admission criteria for BBA + MBA is a pass in 12th with minimum 50% marks in any stream.

For Postgraduate Program

University offers MA and M.Sc. courses of two-year duration are offered at PG level. The MA course is offered in two disciplines and M.Sc. is offered in one discipline. Quantum University also offer M.Tech (four-year) and MBA (three-year) courses as a part of PG program. M.Tech is offered in 5 disciplines and MBA is offered in 6 disciplines.

Eligibility:

• For MA in English and Economics and M.Sc. in Agronomy/ Horticulture, candidate must have done Graduation with minimum 50% marks in relevant discipline.
• For M.Tech, candidate must be B.E/B.Tech graduate along with valid score of GATE.
• For MBA Admission, Graduate in any stream with minimum 50% marks and score card of CAT/MAT/XAT/NMAT is compulsory.

For Diploma, Certification and PGDM Program

Quantum University offers Diploma in Engineering and Pharmacy. The University also offers PG Diploma in Dietetics and Applied Nutrition. A certificate program in Hotel Management is also a part of the curriculum.

Eligibility:

• For D.Pharm, candidate must have passed 12th with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects with 50% minimum marks.
• For PGDM in Dietetics and Applied Nutrition, Graduation in Science stream with minimum 50% is required.
• For Certificate in Hotel Management, candidate must be 10th passed from recognized board with English as a subject and minimum 50% marks.

For M.Phil and Ph.D Programs

Admission to these courses is done on the basis of merit and entrance exam conducted by university or scores obtained in NET-CSIR and GATE.

Eligibility:

• For admission in M.Phil, candidate must have secured 55% marks or equivalent in Masters.
• For Ph.D, The candidate should obtain minimum of 55% marks or CGPA of 6.0 on a 10 point scale in the qualifying examinations in relevant discipline.

Quantum University Roorkee Important Dates

Quantum University BA, B.Sc., B.Com, BBA, BCA, BHM And Integrated MBA Admission 2023

Quantum University offers BA, B.Sc., B.Com, BBA, BCA, BHM and BA-LL.B, BBA-LL.B and BBA + MBA (integrated) courses at UG level. The basic eligibility for BA, B.Sc., B.Com., BBA, BCA, BHM, BBA + MBA (integrated) courses is a pass in 10+2 from a recognized board or equivalent accepted by the University.

The candidates seeking admission for BCA, B.Sc. IT/Nutrition/Naturopathy & Yogic Science/ Radiology, BBA, B.Com and BHM should secure minimum 45% marks in the 10+2 examination with relevant subjects.

For B.Sc. (Hons) in Agriculture /Food Processing, B.Sc.(Hons), B.Sc., B.Com. (Hons) and BA (Hons), BA (Hons) in English and JEP and BBA + MBA, the minimum eligibility is at least 50% marks in the qualifying exam with relevant subjects.

Admission to all the UG courses is based on merit obtained by the candidates in the qualifying examinations. However, for B.Sc. Animation & VFX/ UI & Graphic Design, the candidates who have qualified NID DAT (Prelims) will be given preference.

Quantum University B.Tech And B.Tech(Hons.) Admission 2023

The University also offers B.Tech (Regular+Lateral), B.Tech (Hons) and B.Tech + MBA (integrated) courses at the UG level. The B.Tech courses offered by Quantum University are:

Eligibility:  10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology/ Computer Science (IT). At least 50% or 55% for B.Tech (Honors) marks in the above three subjects taken together. The Candidate must have passed English as a subject in 10+2 Examination. Merit in University Entrance Exam(Q-CARE), IITJEE (Mains), State Level Entrance Exams shall be given preference.

Selection Process: Selection to all the programs is done on the basis of JEE Main or any state level entrance examination. Candidates can also appear for University entrance examination (Q-Care).

Quantum University MA, M.Sc & MCA Admission 2023

MA, M.Sc and MCA (Lateral Entry) courses are offered at PG level. For MA, a candidate must pass in graduation in any stream with the relevant subject and minimum 50% marks in aggregate. For M.Sc., candidate must pass in B.Sc. in Agriculture/Forestry/Horticulture/Fisheries/Biology/Bio-Sciences and with minimum 50% marks. Admission is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.

Quantum University M.Tech & MBA Admission 2023

Quantum University also offers M.Tech and MBA courses as a part of PG level programs. The basic eligibility for M.Tech program is a pass in B.Tech/B.E degree in the relevant field. The candidate applying for MBA should have a graduate degree of minimum three-year duration from any stream with minimum 50% marks.

Admission to M.Tech is done on the basis of GATE score. Admission to MBA is done on the basis of CAT/MAT/XAT/NMAT score.

Quantum University Diploma, PGDM And Certificate Admission 2023

Quantum University offers Diploma in Engineering and Pharmacy. The University also offers PG Diploma in Dietetics and Applied Nutrition. A certificate program in Hotel Management is also a part of the curriculum.

The basic eligibility for certificate course in Hotel Management is a pass in 10th standard (50% marks) with English as a main subject. The eligibility for D.Pharm is a pass in 10+2 with minimum 50% marks, with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects and Mathematics/ Biology/ Biotechnology as one of the subjects.

The admission criteria for PG Diploma course is a Graduate degree in science stream with minimum 50% marks. Admission to all the programs is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.

Quantum University M.Phil & Ph.D. Admission 2023

Quantum University offers M.Phil and Ph.D. courses in various specializations at the Doctorate level. Selection is done on the basis of marks in an entrance test conducted by the university followed by an interview.

UGC NET/ CSIR JRF or GATE qualified candidates are exempted from the university-based entrance. Such students are directly eligible for admission. M.Phil/ Ph.D. test (online or offline) will be conducted at Roorkee campus and at major cities named as Mumbai, Hyderabad, Ranchi, Gauwhati, Bangalore, Delhi, Lucknow and Dehradun.

Application form can be filled online or can be downloaded from the official website of the university by following the below-listed steps:

Online Application Form: Visit the official website of Quantum University and fill the application form. Pay the application fee of INR 1000 by Credit/ Debit Card or through Net-Banking.

Offline Application form: Download the application form from the official website of the university. Send the duly filled form with desired documents and the application fees of INR 1000 in the form of DD to university address.

Quantum University Scholarships

Scholarships are provided to the candidates seeking admission to various UG Degree courses based on the merit obtained in the 10+2 examinations.

Note: The candidate can avail either the Q-Care scholarship or the 10+2 performance Scholarship. The highest percentage among the both will be considered as the criteria.
