Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology, Delhi which is widely abbreviated as MAIT Delhi was established in 1999 by the Maharaja Agrasen Technical Education Society. Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology is accredited and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and it is also in affiliation with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi (GGSIPU Delhi). MAIT courses are offered at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the fields of Engineering and Architecture and Management and Business Administration. Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology courses include B.Tech and MBA. MAIT Delhi admissions to B.Tech programmes are based on valid scores in JEE Main Paper 1 conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology selection process for the MBA programme is based on the performance of the candidate in CAT/CMAT/IPU CET scores. There are metros available as well for faster transportation and Rohini West, on the Red Line is closest to the institute with only about 2 km distance in-between the MAIT Delhi and the metro station.
